Refund and Return policy

Because our puppies are living, breathing family members and not standard retail inventory, we do not offer traditional product returns, automated buyer-remorse refunds, or open-ended exchanges. Instead, we back every single puppy with an uncompromising health framework designed to protect the animal, reassure the buyer, and maintain total compliance with standard digital consumer protection policies. When you place a deposit or complete a transaction on our platform, you are entering into a legally binding care contract structured around mutual accountability, strict veterinary oversight, and an absolute commitment to the lifelong welfare of the puppy.

To secure your position on our waiting list or lock in a specific puppy from an announced litter, a formal holding deposit is required at the time of reservation. All initial holding deposits are strictly non-refundable because they signify a dedicated commitment to a specific animal, causing us to turn away other prospective families for that puppy. However, we maintain a flexible transfer policy: if an anticipated litter does not produce the specific gender, color, or quantity expected, your deposit remains fully protected and will automatically transfer to our next available litter. Any additional funds paid toward the final purchase balance beyond this initial holding deposit remain fully refundable if a cancellation is requested prior to the official eight-week go-home milestone.

We guarantee the immediate health of your puppy upon departure and require all buyers to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two hours of taking physical possession. If your veterinarian officially certifies in writing within this initial seventy-two-hour window that the puppy suffers from a life-threatening illness or a severe congenital defect present since birth, the puppy may be returned to us immediately for a full refund of the purchase price or a priority replacement from a future litter. Beyond this short-term window, we provide a comprehensive long-term genetic health guarantee covering crippling, life-threatening hereditary joint or cardiac conditions, ensuring financial or replacement recourse options as clearly outlined in your finalized adoption contract.

Life can bring unexpected changes, and our responsibility to the companions we bring into the world never expires. We strictly enforce a lifetime open-door return policy, meaning that if at any point during your Newfoundland’s life you become unable to properly house, maintain, or care for the dog due to unforeseen circumstances, the animal must be returned directly to us. We promise to accept our dogs back at any age, under any condition, ensuring that no puppy from our program ever enters a shelter or rescue network. While returns surrendered under this lifetime welfare clause outside of the initial health guarantee windows do not qualify for a monetary refund, they guarantee the absolute safety and lifelong protection of your dog.
